Process
The Meeting
Meet with clients to discuss all aspects of the video production. During this meeting we will describe the most significant points of interest, timing and plan for the scheduled event, so as to ensure proper documentation of the affair. On-site and location shooting is discusses. Travel arrivals and departures are coordinated and verified. We pay specific attention to detail. Fully informed and organized preparation is a critical factor when creating an epic cinematic product.
Onsite Filming
Full HD onsite filming of events is carried out utilizing the highest quality production equipment. Video equipment includes but not limited to Sony’s Professional HXR-NX5, GoPro HD 2, advanced and efficient LED lighting, tripods, monopods, cranes, gliders, etc. More equipment is acquired as necessary for the specific event. Filming can be performed by a single or multiple camera operators who know how to use their equipment.
Archiving
Footage of your event is instantly recorded to two physical locations. Our equipment simultaneously records to two separate media. Thereafter, we immediately transfer all raw footage to hard back ups to three separate geographical locations. One is located at the editing suite and the other at an undisclosed off-site backup location so as to insure your product is safe and secure. We never throw anything out. Your events are also archived long term for future use.
Editing
Editing is performed by experienced professionals where extensive color correction and artistic montage is applied to the raw footage. The result is a unique and personalized account of your special affair in the format you request and recommend by our artists.
Finished Product
Delivery times of final product vary. It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on event, workload and creativity requirements. These details are discussed in advance, we make sure you are fully informed and there is no need to worry. Expedited delivery is also available. The specialized product can be delivered on a variety of media and locations that include: DVD, Blu-ray, Web-based video, smart devices, memory stick, and any other format you request.
Storage
Backup of the final product is put in to long term storage for future use. Long-term storage is in a temperature and humidity regulated environment so as to ensure reproducibility for up to 3 years after event.
